Paria Temptation is cooked with
TAMAN Artisan Chocolates
, which cultivates an author’s approach by creating authentic and unique, multiple international award-winning chocolates. This imperial stout has a pronounced chocolate aroma and the flavors are rounded off by malty caramel. It is full bodied and has a sweet finish. When brewing this collaboration, a selection of Criollo and Trinitario cocoa beans was used. They grow in an agroforestry system and are cultivated together with other fruits and trees on the peninsula from which the beer gets its name – Paria in Venezuela.

STRONG ALE
The collaboration with Mate Janković, Vinaria Bibich, Varionica, Barut brewing & blending is a combination of old ale and flanders brown. Beer created from passion for top cuisine and top beer. It was brewed with dry marastina grapes and aged for 9 months in barrique barrels in the company of mixed brettanomyces cultures. Chef’s beer won a gold medal at the European beer challenge (London, UK) in November 2020. Mastery, a combination of brewing and winemaking techniques and the highest quality ingredients are the main features of this collaboration!
