WEST COAST IPA

The first collaboration beer of breweries from east and west part of Zagreb. West Coast IPA is created in collaboration with Garden Brewery. This drinkable IPA has taste and aroma of resin, pine, orange, grapefruit and pineapple  It has a medium body, pronounced bitterness with a medium dry finish. The collaboration beer has the name of the style that is connected to the location of the brewery, so West Coast IPA is brewed in Zmajska pivovara in the west of the city, while East Coast IPA is brewed in the east of the city in Garden Brewery.

CHEF’S BEER

STRONG ALE

The collaboration with Mate Janković, Vinaria Bibich, Varionica, Barut brewing & blending is a combination of old ale and flanders brown. Beer created from passion for top cuisine and top beer. It was brewed with dry marastina grapes and aged for 9 months in barrique barrels in the company of mixed brettanomyces cultures. Chef’s beer won a gold medal at the European beer challenge (London, UK) in November 2020. Mastery, a combination of brewing and winemaking techniques and the highest quality ingredients are the main features of this collaboration!
