BLACK IPA

On the occasion of St. Patrick Day releases black IPA – Luck of the dark. This beer is malty, lightly roasted with coffee and caramel flavors in the background. The aroma is dominated by citrus and pine. It has pronounced bitterness with a dry finish and a medium light body.

To celebrate the opening of the SIP craft beer pub, we have released Hazy Pale Ale First Sip. The aroma and taste are dominated by citrus and tropical fruits with a slight hint of vanilla and coconut in the background. It has a medium-light body, a slight bitterness and a medium-dry finish.

This year’s first RIS is celebratory – 13th Omen is released to celebrate the brewery’s 13th birthday. It was aged in the same oak barrels as our whiskey. It is full-bodied, dense and has a medium-sweet finish.

The special tradition of zmajska dictates that the birthday beer should be a powerful hoppy double IPA with the obligatory 8.3% alcohol as a tribute to the founding day. This year, we are celebrating the brewery’s 13th birthday with a double IPA – Party Prophet. Peach, nectarine, mango and pineapple predominate in this hoppy explosion of flavors and aromas. The beer is slightly citrusy, medium-full-bodied, bitter, with a medium-dry finish.

The aroma and taste are characterized by seductive dark chocolate, molasses, caramel, vanilla and candied fruit.

FLANDERS RED

One of the most famous Belgian styles, a sour red beer originating from Flanders. Aged in oak barrels for almost 2 years. The beer is slightly sour, caramel with complex notes of dried fruit, cherry, red currant, sherry wine and wood, a dry, slightly tannic finish that gives it drinkability.

IRISH DRY STOUT

Nitro Noir is a typical representative of the dry irish stout style. It is mild and pleasantly bitter with a dry finish. Roasted notes are emphasized, primarily chocolate and coffee with a slight caramel in the background. Although the color is saturated black, the beer is characterized by a distinct creamy drinkability and lightness. Thick, low foam like whipped cream is achieved by applying nitrogen during pouring.
