SESSION NE IPA

This session NE IPA is released on the occasion of this year’s festival ‘Zmajevo’ – a real summer beer for festival days. It has a medium thin body and it’s drinkable. The aroma and taste are dominated by citrus and tropical fruits with notes of vanilla, peach and caramelized banana. It is mildly bitter, with a medium dry finish.

IMPERIAL STOUT BARREL AGED

Another hommage this year comes in the style of Russian imperial stout, which we put a year ago in the oak barrels in which our first single malt whiskey “Tale of the Dragon’s Tail” was previously aged for 5 years. Aromas of caramel, roasted coffee and barley, prunes, oak, whiskey and mild vanilla write a worthy, beer-like continuation of the “dragon’s tail” story.

RUSSIAN IMPERIAL STOUT WITH COFFEE

A new dimension of Russian imperial stout! In order to emphasize the coffee background of the beer, we chose 100% Arabica “Ethiopia Sidamo”, a fruity and very lightly roasted coffee that blended beautifully with this stout. The aromas of coffee are obtained by a cold extraction process, which is very similar to the cold brew process. In addition to the intense aroma of coffee and roasted beans, Cherna Zorya will win you over with its chocolate flavor, mild bitterness, full body and espresso-like density.

Wicked Wit was created and matured for more than two years in barrels with Brettanomyces cultures At the same time wild and gentle (5.5% ABV), Wicked Wit will enchant you with aromas of coriander, citrus, peach and a slight smell of hay. Filled in 0.75 l bottles, we are sure that it will be the object of desire of beer collectors and lovers of wild beers.

Wild dark ale beer aged with brettanomyces cultures in an oak barrel for a total of one year. The base of the beer is an aged Russian imperial stout, the aromas of cocoa and coffee and dried fruit dominate, gentle vanilla, a slight taste of wood and the warmth of alcohol in the background.

FLANDERS RED

One of the most famous Belgian styles, a sour red beer originating from Flanders. Aged in oak barrels for almost 2 years. The beer is slightly sour, caramel with complex notes of dried fruit, cherry, red currant, sherry wine and wood, a dry, slightly tannic finish that gives it drinkability.

IRISH DRY STOUT

Nitro Noir is a typical representative of the dry irish stout style. It is mild and pleasantly bitter with a dry finish. Roasted notes are emphasized, primarily chocolate and coffee with a slight caramel in the background. Although the color is saturated black, the beer is characterized by a distinct creamy drinkability and lightness. Thick, low foam like whipped cream is achieved by applying nitrogen during pouring.
