BARREL AGED BEER VINEGAR

BARREL Aged RISceto was created with  Spicy Days last year when a portion of the RIScetto beer vinegar was placed in a wooden barrel and aged for a year. This vinegar is therefore even deeper and fuller in flavor than the original version, and as in the original, it is made with RIS that was brewed in our brewery. Russian Imperial Stout is a dark beer with a high alcohol percentage with a lot of chocolate, coffee and dried fruit flavors, so this vinegar has retained these characteristics with a dose of chili pepper spiciness, but also the sweetness that comes from brown sugar. You can use it on salads and vegetables, but also on steaks. Don’t be discouraged by its mild spiciness, it really can be tolerated without any problems!
