RANSIKI TEMPTATION

IMPERIAL STOUT

Ransiki Temptation is the second collaboration with TAMAN Artisan Chocolates, which provides an author’s approach to creating authentic and unique, multiple internationally awarded chocolate. It is produced using shells and parts of cocoa beans originating from the Indonesian Ransiki region, whose growers were awarded a gold medal in the prestigious Cacao of Excellence competition in 2023.
This Imperial Stout is thick in texture and with high alcohol content (11%) with a rich cocoa base and intense chocolate notes. In addition to the chocolate flavor, flavors of chocolate, caramel, roasted barley and dried fruit come to the fore. It is thick and full-bodied, slightly sour with a medium-sweet finish. It is produced in a limited series of only 900 cans available in independent retail.

BARREL AGED RISCETO

BARREL AGED BEER VINEGAR

BARREL Aged RISceto was created with  Spicy Days last year when a portion of the RIScetto beer vinegar was placed in a wooden barrel and aged for a year. This vinegar is therefore even deeper and fuller in flavor than the original version, and as in the original, it is made with RIS that was brewed in our brewery. Russian Imperial Stout is a dark beer with a high alcohol percentage with a lot of chocolate, coffee and dried fruit flavors, so this vinegar has retained these characteristics with a dose of chili pepper spiciness, but also the sweetness that comes from brown sugar. You can use it on salads and vegetables, but also on steaks. Don’t be discouraged by its mild spiciness, it really can be tolerated without any problems!

SOUR BEER WITH PINEAPPLE, MANGO AND COCONUT

Collaboration beer brewed with Hungarians Etyeki Sörmanufaktúra and  Szomjas Farkas for BUDAPEST BEER WEEK .
Palm Scream is a sour beer, full-bodied and sweet. The aroma and flavor are dominated by pineapple and coconut, with mango contributing the most to the silky texture.

HAZY IPA

In a friendly spirit, we brewed the Hazy IPA Rebel Riff with Brlog zadružna pivovara. It is medium-bodied and mildly malty. The aroma and taste are dominated by mandarin, sweet orange, guava and pineapple with coconut and vanilla in the background. It is mildly bitter with a medium-dry finish.
